The Talking Balloon KIT Includes:
  • 1 x "Happy Valentine's" decal
  • 1 x Clear 18 or 24 inch PVC balloon
  • 1 x Strand of curling ribbon
  • 1 x Manual Air Pump
  • 1 x Application instruction
    • Balloon Instructions:
  1. Remove the transparent balloon from the bag carefully (The balloon seems small but it will inflate up to 18 or 24 inches)
  2. Unfold the balloon to make it flat.
  3. Stretch the balloon in the horizontal direction.
  4. Stretch the balloon in the vertical direction.
  5. Slowly inflate the balloon with the helium tank (for floating) or air pump (for still).
  6. Stop the inflation when the balloon is about 18 or 24 inches, it will look like a seamless beach ball.
  7. Using your hand, twist and turn the neck of the balloon where you inflated.
  8. Tight a knot in the neck of the balloon with its extended tail, to prevent any air from leaking out.
  9. Apply the decals to the balloon.
    • Decal Application Instructions:
  • Stable the inflated balloon and peel the decal slowly (the paper part is the backing, and the transfer paper is the sticky side, which is what you need the writing to stay on). Best method is to place the decal face down, and then peel off the white paper backing. (If you find that the decal is not sticking well, use a credit card and scrap the transfer paper against the decal to make it stick better.) You are now left with the decal on sticky side and ready to apply on the balloon. Place the decal into position on the balloon and onto the balloon with your fingers. Then you are going to slowly peel the transfer sheet 45 degree from one corner and make sure all the wording are properly stick on the balloon. And your gift is ready!
  • ** HELIUM DISCLAIMER: Best recommendation is to rent a helium tank from a local party supply store, or oxygen/gas/welding supply company. You can also have them individually filled at a local party supply store, call your local party supply store in advance to ensure. Store bought helium tanks are highly NOT recommended, as they are mixed with air, and air will cause the balloons to sink fast/not float. That is the same for all other balloons as well. When filled with high quality helium, the balloons can stay afloat for days. If you need further assistance on where to find helium, please message, as I am more thank happy to help locate for you. **
